Next best thing to owning a fleet! We'll set your friend's lobster trap for any day they select. We do all the work, no matter the weather: setting, baiting, and hauling the traps; weighing and packing the critters. The lobsters are shipped overnight to arrive on the date of your recipient's choosing. Our "pier-fresh" lobsters are sweeter, more tender, better tasting, and just all 'round better lobsters than you can get anywhere else. No supermarket tank or restaurant can provide you with a fresher lobster.

Once your gift recipient specifies the day the lobsters should arrive, we start the ten-day fishing period. First we send a Progress Report on fishing conditions. As the delivery day approaches, our lobstermen head out from sleepy harbors at dawn (including some days when only fools and lobstermen venture forth!) to check their traps. It's a lot of work. The traps are heavy, and the only way to see if the tasty crustacea have been caught is to pull the trap up onto the pitching deck. It can take up to 100 traps to catch 10 lobsters. Then it's back to port in the afternoon, where the lobsters are sorted, selected, packed, and shipped via FedEx overnight. We even include bibs, shell crackers, picks, and Wet-Naps, along with easy cooking instructions and recipes. Lobster Lease valid for 18 months.
